[On behalf of my son whose pc isn't working]. He has Matrix 3000FX purchased it came with RAM. He doubled that some time ago and today tried to add more (he researched on the internet what to buy). That didn't work and now the pc isn't working at all (even after trying to put it back to how it was). URGENT help needed please as he has to contact somebody urgently by Saturday.
